Projects are autonomous
ArfDAO doesn't pick or replace project leads by its own score ranking. Each project keeps its internal team structure.
Shared teams, measurable priorities
Media, finance, sponsorship and community growth serve several projects at once. Which project comes first should follow measurable community support, not personal initiative.
Ranked by ARF, not headcount
A project's weight is measured with ARF, not SIGMA: the three active members with the highest personal ARF, plus project delegation. Building a 20-person team doesn't push a project up on numbers alone.
Leaders are equals
Management leads and project leads have the same organisational standing. Management coordinates tasks; each project's internal management stays independent.
Priority isn't a blocker
If the top-ranked project has no open request, other projects' work doesn't wait.
